Upon purchase, all sales are final. Under the software license terms once you activate the software you are accepting the software. You can run all our programs for a trial period before activation to test it.
Requests for returns or refunds will not be accepted after that the activation file is sent.
Santa Rita Investments Inc. software products are available for set trial periods during which you are allowed to examine and evaluate our software products prior to buy it or activate it.
In the event that your software is delivered on damaged or defective media, Santa Rita Investments Inc. will send replacement media.
